Camping Alouette, Quebec, Canada (Montreal)

Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.  ~ Proverbs 3:9-10

I took a short, but very nice walk around the campground (well part of it anyway) early this morning before breakfast.

These are by the office. Pretty!
They have really nice swings that are just my size!
I was enjoying the respite and praying, when a pickup came along,
parked beside me and unloaded a lawn mower.
Time to move on . . . . : (
They have an RV self-wash. $2, but nothing says how much time you get.
Uh oh! The entire back of this lovely (and expensive) coach is ripped off!
Looks like it’s a tail-swing accident. That’s gonna cost them a pretty penny to fix!
A lot of the properties in this campground are seasonal properties. And let me tell you, many of them take their properties very seriously! Lots of landscaping, decking, etc. We even saw a guy putting down sod!

But after that?  I sat chained to the table, chair and laptop most of the day, writing, editing and preparing the post for yesterday.  Besides the fact that I had well over 200 pictures to sort through, there was an even more time-consuming element involved – – the picture count numbers on my phone and Blaine’s have chosen to overlap.  In other words, I had to check each and every one before putting them into the blog so they would appear in the correct order.  Not fun!  But I do it because I want to.  And despite the rough patches, I very much enjoy it and know I’ll enjoy it in later years.  😊

Blaine spent the day helping out where he could and mostly just staying out of my way.  😊

He walked around the campground a lot, too.  Between rain showers.

There’s a good sized hill here. Nice views though!
Our nice site.
