After two days of being cooped up, Blaine’s got the hiking itch again. The only problem is, there’s not really a good place to scratch it around here.
He managed to find a trail that was on the University of Pittsburg Greensburg campus. And he wore his Ohio State University t-shirt. 😊
Being as how it was on a college campus, we expected to be in the company of athletes training by running on the trail, but that wasn’t the case. And it wasn’t more than a few minutes before we discovered why. The trail is in bad need of major upkeep!
And yes, we checked for ticks when we were finished.
Not only that, but during the hike, I swallowed a bug! Cough! Hack! Choke! Ugh!!
Not one of our better days . . . .
