The Waiting Game 11/01/20

Natural Bridge State Resort Park, Slade, Kentucky

There is not a righteous man on earth who does what is right and never sins.  ~ Ecclesiastes 7:20.

Since Blaine couldn’t make up his mind about breakfast this morning, we ended up having two very different things – French toast and German fries and American orange juice.  We’re really international here now!  And very full!

After breakfast, I spent the day mostly sitting.  And waiting.  Not the best way to begin a new month.  It’s the internet.  Practically non-existent at times.  Today was one of those times, and it took for-ev-er to upload pictures for the blog.  I was expecting to sort of zip right through them and get mostly caught up, but . . . sigh . . .

We did listen to Pastor Mike’s message this morning, so it was excellent that we could actually have enough oomphf in our service to make that happen.  His messages are not to be missed!  So educational, inspiring, and convicting at times.  What a gift God has given him!

Blaine went for a long, very brisk walk today.  When I’m not with him, he walks much faster.  He re-visited one of the loop trails we took the other day – the Natural Bridge.  Today though, the sun was shining! .  He was gone for quite a while, and I managed to get two posts ready!  Not because he was gone, just because.  😊

At least he got to walk off some of that huge breakfast he made me eat.
When he returned, he took this. : )
