Sorry we’re late posting! We’re only 7 weeks behind . . .
We’ve been really busy getting the house ready to sell.
So, now to catch up. On Sunday July 10th we hosted an Open House. We’ve had so many people asking LOTS of questions that we just decided to have an “open house” to show off our new home and be available to answer questions. We had 47 visitors, which we considered a great success – and right on par with the 50 our daughter-in-law (our resident party planner) told us to prepare for.
The cake was ordered from a local grocery store, Giant Eagle. They were handed one of our business cards and they went with a similar design for us. It turned out great – – and tasted even better!
We pulled the coach up to the end of the driveway and opened the awning, and our garage.
People came and went . . . .
and ate . . . .
and talked . . . and asked questions.
and a good time was had by all . . . .
A GREAT day! And we’re grateful for all the help we had from our sons, daughters-in-law and parents!
